1. Are you named after anyone? If so, explain.
My first and middle names are the middle names of my mom's two best friends from college. One of them, my Aunt Jo, is also my godmother. It also happened that my first name was my mother's favorite character in Little Women.
2. Do you have your children's names picked out already?
I have a few ideas. I've always loved the names Shelby and Ruby for a girl. (One of my girlfriends since forever beat me to my other fave standby, Isabel. Her little Isabel was born back in April.) I've always had this feeling that I'm going to end up with all girls so I've never given much thought to boys' names, but if I do end up with a son, his middle name will be Gordon, after my father.
3. If you were born a member of the opposite sex what would your name have been?
Jeremiah Anthony. No idea why, and my mom can't remember why she chose it. I think she said something about the flow of it. Or something.
4. If you could re-name yourself what name would you pick and why?
For years, I hated my name, but now I can't imagine not having it.
5. Are there any mispronunciations/typos that people do w/ your name constantly?
Nope. Very common name so that helps.
