It is for articles like the one above that I step out of fangirl world every so often and look around at the world around me and use that gray matter between my ears. It is so I don't turn into my grandmother, who is an aficionado on all things Fox News and ignorant, but who couldn't tell you anything resembling truth. It is why I love LJ and all the people that I have met here, for better or worse, for all the times that I have found myself wanting to rage against the stupidity (even my own), because more often than not, these are the people I've met and whom I try to follow in their very smart, very wise footsteps.
