I guess I find Christopher hard to love very much when he obviously took advantage of a vulnerable woman.
I'm disappointed in Amy and Dan for several reasons, but they always disappointed me when they would have all this build up, and it would not lead anywhere. What was the point of Lorelai lecturing Jess and then him getting concert tickets? (Face/Off was on ABCFam today.) Were we just supposed to think he was starting to get caught up in Walmart work? Why couldn't he have just listened to Rory's message anyway? (I know I know, because he needed to go make a spin-off and not tell Rory, so their relationship had to be strained.) What was the point of Lorelai being all concerned about what Rory was doing with Logan and then doing nothing about it? Will they EVER address Rory and Lorelai not talking anymore?
It'd be one thing to not set it up. But don't do that and then not follow through...
