It is official. Scotty and Kevin = OPT 4EVA!!1!11. Their entire date, even afterward in the parking lot, up until Scotty showing up at Kevin's was sexy and awkward and hot, and I too was a fan of the not looking away thing. They are made of adorable, and I find them ten times more compelling that anything Warren and Kitty have brought to the table.
(Speaking of Scotty, the guy who plays him, Luke McFarlane, is apparently dating recently outted T.R. Knight. And they so ARE the new Reichen and Lance!)
Also, Kevin generally ROCKS. Matthew, honey, just keep doing what you're doing, because dude, YOU are the reason I tune in every week. His reaction to finding out that Jonathon was staying at Casa de Walker was hilarious, but then he had to go and knock it out of the park with the whole Mama's going out on date and swearing not to tell a soul only to say into his cell, "Kitty Walker" as he's walking out. Seriously.
Other things I loved. Justin being capable at something and reaching out to Sara (Sarah?). The little actress who plays Paige is simply fabulous. She's cute, she holds her own, and she has really fantastic chemistry with all of the older actors.
TREAT!!! While your presence was further reminder what fucktards are running The CW, I was so happy to see you. I've missed your smile, but I swear, you minus the beard weirded me out just a bit. Although I'm sure you're happy to finally be able to shave.
(Speaking of the fucktards at the CW: HA! Hahahahaha! Runaway went down in FLAMES! FLAMES OF BADNESS! And you've had to switch 7th Heaven to Sundays. Yeah, that's right, morons. Nobody was actually still watching that shit. The only reason they tuned it for the series finale was to do a happy dance of DIE, SHIT SHOW OF THE ANTI-CHRIST, DIE!)
Ahem.
It's back! When news hit that NBC was giving it the ax, I was more than a little sad. Just as I'm getting into the mystery and how far it really goes, it's gone? I was actually quite pissed. Then NBC decided to air all of the episodes they've ordered (13) but moved it to the Saturday night graveyard. I don't care because, as I'm sure it's becoming blatently obvious, I don't have a life.
Okay, so yeah, the mystery - the pieces are finally starting to come together. I loved that scene at the morgue when they all went in search of that sound. Who's the mystery guy on the slab (#3)? And then BouncingBall guy blowing up his office after receiving a call, or was it a text message? His threat against the Cleanup Guy was nauseating, and I really hope Cleanup Guy takes his ass the fuck out. God knows he knows how to do it in various unpleasant ways.
I want to know more about Kellogg, and how he relates to Knapp. I love me some Anthony Rapp (goes back to my intense adoration for all things Adventures in Babysitting, and he is deliciously whacked. How is he getting his information, because I'm not one who buys into this all tracing back to Knapp or a desire to further fuck with his already fucked head? Why doesn't Knapp know if his mother is alive? Strange.
So good. Next week looks even better, but I definitely want to see the girls again. I love Alice and Aubrey.
Annnnd...two worlds are colliding. My fave cutefunny actor Steve Zahn (Oh, Sammy! I would so let you back in the house, bud. Really.) and my fave hotintense actor Christian Bale are working on a new film together. (Scroll about a little over halfway down the page to bask in the scruffy hotness.) How I have not heard of this before today? Are my secret fears correct? Am I, in fact, living under a rock?
