It's so sweet that she wrote you back. A while ago, I picked up a bunch of Judy Blume's at the library and got all nostalgic. I wrote her, and she sent me the cutest email, heh. I think the YA novelists are just more serious about interacting with their fans.

Argh - are there any predictions about the weather this year? I don't imagine folks in your neck of the woods could take much more.

Hey, how was your Easter? Do anything fun? We had some stress, but mostly it was good. F. got a butterfly net from the Easter Bunny, so we spent a lot of time in the woods looking for bugs. Then I took C. for a long walk in her wagon and got a crick in my neck. I was so paranoid she was going to bounce out of it that I was looking over my shoulder the whole time.
