I finally got to the movies last night to see 28 Weeks Later. My overwhelming response was despair. Fucking HELL. The hope you're left with post-28 Days Later isn't found in the sequel. My stomach was in knots from the prologue on. ( SPOILERS. )

And I finally found a picture of Jensen Ackles with a beard where I actually find him quite attractive. The ginger beard – he's just like my cousin (and Dave Annable). He must have a red head in the family.

The York's response when I showed her a photograph of the Rothko sold for $73 million dollars:

"SEVENTY-THREE MILLION DOLLARS? On Design on a Dime, they could have put that together for $30 dollars." Pause. "SEVENTY-THREE MILLION DOLLARS? SEVENTY-THREE MILLION DOLLARS?!"

Seriously. The York, she never disappoints.

MAN. My salad is AWESOME, people. Fresh broccoli, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and a nice side of baby carrots. GUH. I found myself singing, "I loooove fresh broccoli. Lalala..." But then I'm a hummer when my food is especially delicious.
