Holy crap. The Office and 30 Rock were AWESOME last night, like I was gasping for breath I was laughing so hard at those endings. Dude. I did not think a joke about 9/11 would ever work, but it really worked. It was all about the reaction shots. And the Dwight/Angela reveal was great simply because Angela's GIANT need for the hero porn, but Jim's face when he spotted them? Again, all about the reaction shot.

Then Scrubs had to totally bust my bubble with that storyline. Please, for the love of all that is holy, NBC, put that baby to bed. The only thing that saved it was Carla's goodbye at the end.

Oh, and work gods, could you light a fire under the Gov's ass (and the department head's, too, just for good measure) and get us released early today? It's Good Friday, yo. I want my four hours.

You know, I was almost confused at the end of The Office last night. I loved Jim finding out about Angela and Dwight, but we've known for so long, I've forgotten that no one else really does. Plus, with all of Pam's snooping about it back in season 2, I'd forgotten she didn't know for sure. I can't wait to see that conversation. "Oh, yeah, you were right Pam, Dwight and Angela have been getting it on all along."

And 30 Rock was a-mah-zing (/Kelly) last night. I loved, loved, loved the reactions to the fireworks. And Liz's, "Oh, the cowboy hats!" at the very end. Hee.

Oh, yeah. I was like, "Huh?" until Jim turned around with that expression on his face and then it was, "OMG! HE KNOWS!" But "Email Surveillance" is definitely in my top five simply because the "cameramen" actually became active participants in the storyline. The way the guy ran up to reception and the look on Pam's face? So. Fantastic.

And Liz's, "Oh, the cowboy hats!" at the very end. Hee.
I know! It was classic. I even explained it to my mom later (she had asked why I was being so obnoxiously loud with the hahahahaha) and she completely cracked up.

So, um, you're probably the best person to ask this question: is it wrong that I found it extremely hot when Conan told Liz, "Let's not do this, Elizabeth." And that I really want to know more because there is clearly so much more going on there? Like, is there something between subtext and context? Because that was so it.

Yeah, in a previous episode, Liz briefly listed guys she had dated in the past 10 years, which included Dennis and a guy named Conan. You didn't think much of it at the time, but then when they had their little moment in the hall a couple episodes later, I totally freaked. She dated Conan! Ahahah! I so want to know more.

Yes, I love Pam's reaction to the cameramen in Email Surveillance. "Yes! Thank you!"

HA! Oh, man, that is freaking awesome. *sighs happily* This show just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside (on par with The Office). I think NBC should make the two a permanent duo. It worked well last night, awesome on top of awesome. Now we just need to get a fourth comedy to go with them and MNiE.

Eeeee! ICON LOVE.
