Matt Taibbi wrote a piece on Rudy Giuliani for Rolling Stone and now I have an overwhelming urge to puke. Or just get the fuck out of this country. I think my favorite part – you know, besides his inability to accept ANY responsibility for the messy clean-up of the WTC and that it is killing the clean-up crews – is his inability to accept that US foreign policy played a part in what happened the morning of September 11, 2001.

McCain doesn't have a chance because he won't get off the war. No one will vote for him if he comes in there with "we'll be there for 10 more years" when Hillary wants to be out in '08

Yeah. They were discussing him on some show – I think, think it may have been This Week, but I can't remember for sure. Anyway, McCain made this big to-do about the fact he could walk the streets in Iraq and how terrific that was, etc., etc. What he failed to mention was the four or five bodies-thick protective detail surrounding him as well as the helicopters overhead, keeping track of his every move. He just doesn't get it, and I swear he has some major PTSD issues because he just fucking loses it when it all goes to shit. I actually kind of feel bad for the guy. He's such a glutton for punishment.
