Also, to be perfectly honest, I feel more malicious intent when my grandmother snarls at the TV screen (aimed at fictional and real women alike): "You dumb bitch." This usually occurs when they stand for something she does not agree with, which is a great many things, and by the time any of her visits with us are through, I feel like I've just successfully passed the ultimate test in misogyny, internalized or otherwise. Trust me when I say Flo is far from being a feminist, yet would shout until she's blue in the face that she is. She's a contradiction in her stupidities.
