I'm a schmoopy little fangirl. I love Chuck/Blair on Gossip Girl like burning and I have yet to see the entire season due to my resistance to find myself glued to another teen dramalama, especially after the buttheaded things Schwartz did to/with The O.C.. What can I say? I'm a SUCKER for the trope of the badboy who falls for the badgirl and they sort of reform each other and get each other like no one else. APPARENTLY.

Anyway, all this is to say that I have a fanvid rec.

You know, Josh Schwartz really isn't involved with Gossip Girl all that much. (He doesn't write for it much -- Chuck seems much more his baby -- and he seems largely disinterested in it.) That's not to say the show isn't trying at times, but it's really NOT all that similar to The O.C. The characters are generally lacking in redemptive qualities, for one. It is awes. :D

I recently just downloaded and watched the entire season of Gossip Girl. Oh god, did I get addicted. I'd come home from work and watch 5 episodes in a row.

In the beginning I loathed Chuck. I still kind of hate him but in a more I'm really enjoying hating him kind of way. I love Blair though. I always root for her over Serena. (And I do like Blair/Chuck. They're so hot together.)

Finish watching the season!!
